1 c. (6 oz pkg.) choc’ late chips or Butterscotch chips
1 c (5 oz.) coconut
1 c (4 oz.) pecans
1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk
1-9” unbaked pie shell
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Whipped topping (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 o F
In the unbaked pie shell, layer choc’ late chips first, then coconut, pecans and drizzle with milk. 
Do NOT stir. 
Bake in 350 o F oven for 30 minutes.

Makes 8 servings – serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping
