Ingredients for Cake:
1 c chopped pecans or walnuts
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
4 eggs
½ c cold water
½ c oil
½ c dark rum
Ingredients for Glaze:
¼ lb butter
¼ c water
1 c sugar
½ c dark rum

For Cake:
Preheat over to 325 o F.  Grease and flour a 10 tube or Bundt pan. 
Sprinkle nuts on bottom.  Mix remaining ingredients together.  Pour over nuts. 
Bake 1 hour.  Set on rack to cool about 10 mins, remove cake from pan. 
Poke holes in top of cake with chopstick. 
Pour hot glaze over top and sides of cake.

For Glaze:
Melt butter in saucepan.  Stir in water and sugar. 
Boil 5 mins, stirring constantly.  Take off heat and stir in rum.
