1 lb. cheddar, grated
1/4 c. soft margarine
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. season salt
1/4 c. pimiento stuffed green olives, chopped
Beat cheeses, margarine and salt together until somewhat smooth and well blended.
Stir in 1/2 the chopped nuts and all the chopped olives.
Chill for easier handling.
Divide mixture in half, and shape into 2 balls.
Roll into remaining chopped nuts.
Chill until firm.
Serve with assorted crackers.
