|Got this great Chile Rellenos recipe from my friend and classmate, Jenny Ackleson. Not only is it delicious, but it's so easy to prepare. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Bon Appétit !!|
|12 roasted and peeled chiles
1 c. mozzarella or cheddar cheese
|Preheat oven to 350o
Spray baking dish with Pam.
Line bottom of an 9x9 dish with three or four chiles.
Alternating layers with cheese and chiles, ending with cheese on top.
Beat eggs until frothy and pour over cheese.
Bake at 350 oF for 30 to 40 mins. or until golden brown.
