1 pkg. cake mix **
1 can Cherry pie filling **
3 eggs
Vegetable Spray
Icing, Whipped Cream or Powdered sugar
Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 350o F. 

Spray 13x9 or Bundt baking pan with vegetable spray. 

In medium bowl, combine cake mix and pie filling using wooden spoon or mixer.  Add eggs to cake mix and pie filling mixture. 

Mix 2 mins. at medium with mixer or 200 strokes with wooden spoon.

Spread into prepared pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. 

Cool on cooling rack in pan for 10-15 mins, before turning onto a serving dish.

When cake has cooled completely, drizzle with icing, a dollop of whipped cream or dust with powdered sugar & serve with ice cream.

  Choc'late cake mix with cherry pie filling

  Yellow cake mix with apple or peach pie filling

Spice cake mix with pumpkin pie filling (combine yellow cake mix with ¼ c. of sugar, 1 t. ground cinnamon and ½ t. ground cloves to make it a spice cake)
