"Lynn whips these up and brings them to school quite often to treat her students and the staff at HMS -- people just can't get enough of 'em!"


Preheat oven to 350o F

Step1:  In a large mixing bowl, mix together:
2 c. sugar

2 c. sifted flour

1 t. baking soda

4 T. cocoa
 

Step 2:  In a saucepan, bring to a boil:
1 c. water

½ c. oil

½ c. (1 stick) margarine

Add to dry mix and beat together until creamy.
 

Step 3:  Add to ingredients in large bowl: 
1 t. vanilla

½ c. milk
 

Step 4:  Then add:
2 eggs to ingredients.
 

Step 5:  Pour into greased (or spray with vegetable spray) jellyroll pan (17x12x1) and bake 18 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
 

Step 6:  When the brownies have cooled, spread with chocolate frosting.
