29 oz can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 t. cinnamon
½ t. nutmeg
1 c. melted margarine
1- 13 oz can evaporated milk
1 ½ c. sugar
1 t. ginger
1 pk. Yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs, then add pumpkin, slowly add milk.  Add sugar and spice.

Pour into 9 x 13 in un-greased pan.  Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over top; pour 1 c. melted margarine.  Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top.

Bake at 350O F for 1 hour
