1 large or 2 med. Onions, chopped

6 fresh jalapenos, seeded & chopped

6 cloves of garlic, minced

3 T. heaping fresh cilantro or 1 T dry cilantro

6 fresh tomatoes 

1 small can of tomatoe juice OR

2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes with juice 

1 ½ t salt

Juice of one lime


In a food processor, chop all the vegetables separately.  Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl.  Chill several hours.
